Refund Policy

At XARCHIVE STUDIOS, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product is not on sale or part of a special promotion (unless otherwise specified).

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a refund. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs incurred during the original purchase or the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@xarchivestudios.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested product is not in stock, we will provide a refund instead.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@xarchivestudios.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return label and issue a full refund or exchange once the item is returned and inspected.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.

6. Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
